We challenge you to take 5+ minutes to quiet your mind!
Maybe this suggestion can be new to many of us, and for many others is a daily practice, however, the benefits of looking within your mind and calming your thoughts are endless.
Imagine you are at an important meeting, where everyone has its own opinion and everyone is talking at the same time, well, that is our mind before we try to implement this practice. Our thoughts are important and they will give clues of things that we can do or pay attention in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle, however the same thoughts within a disorganised meeting can create anxiety and depression in most of the cases. This is the reason of this challenge.
I want to provide this technique as a way to help people calm their thoughts and ideas and help them to be more organise within our mind so that they
In this challenge, we don't want to utilise many words because it makes sense that we practice what we suggest.
a) Find a comfortable position
b) Make sure that is a safe place to be for 5 minutes
c) Breath deeply
d) Close your eyes
e) Tell yourself how grateful you are of being alive. Bring a couple of phrases for 5 minutes and even smile with your eyes closed if needed to be.
